Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel a Subscriptions any time, upon cancelling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the cancellation and specifying the end date of your billing period. Subsequent charges will not be applied beyond this date.
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for any unused subscription time after cancellation. Nevertheless, you retain access to CineArtery membership features until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel your subscription on the renewal date, charges for that renewal will still apply. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period.
Another option to consider is disabling auto-renewal for added control over your subscription. If you change your mind, you can always renew your subscription.
Refund Policy
For Normal User, our Subscriptions plans come in monthly, six Month & yearly billing cycles.
Monthly Subscriptions - You can cancel your CineArtery subscription at any time. Do note that you will not get a refund for cancelling your subscription. However, you can continue to access the membership features until the end of your billing cycle.
Six Month Subscriptions - You can cancel your CineArtery subscription at any time during your first 15 days using our service you are not satisfied, please contact us & you get Full Refund for your purchase
Annual Subscriptions - You can cancel your CineArtery subscription at any time during your first 15 days using our service you are not satisfied, please contact us & you get Full Refund for your purchase
For Producer & Company Premium subscriptions Plans, such as Budget, Schedule, Market, Seller page may be refundable at any time during your first 3 days from the date the subscription is charged without premium usage please contact us & you get Full Refund for your purchase. If you cancel your Premium subscription after 3 days, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. If you cancel, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of your current billing period or end of Movie Release.
Note:
All our membership plans are subscription-based, which means it will be automatically renewed at the end of your billing period.
Refund Amount will transfer to your account only. Refund process will take minimum of 7-15 working days.
GST paid is non-refundable in case of Six & Annual Subscriptions cancellation for any reason
Auto-Renewal
Our membership plans are subscription-based will auto-renew until you cancel the service, which means you will be charged on a recurring basis. If you do not wish to be charged further, you can disable automatic renewal by cancelling your subscription before your renewal date. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.
